Refund policy
Last updated
If Glitchmark is not right for you, you get a full refund of your first payment when you ask within 7 days of it, as long as no paid scan has run since.
When you can get a refund
- Within 7 days of your first payment, monthly or yearly, if no scan has run on your paid plan since you paid.
- Only your first payment can be refunded. Renewals and later payments cannot be refunded.
- Before a scan or a plan change that would end your right to a refund, Glitchmark asks you to confirm.
- If no scan has run since your first payment, we email you the day before your refund window closes.
When a refund is not possible
- Once a scan or a rescan has run on your paid plan since your first payment.
- Renewals, and any payment after your first, including a plan bought again after a refund.
- After you move from one paid plan to another, such as from Starter to Pro or from monthly to yearly billing. This also ends the refund of your first payment.
- The $10 fee to change a scanned site, once the site has been changed.
- For the rest of a period after you cancel.
Each payment keeps a record of the scans run and the reports opened since, with their dates, so we can answer every request quickly and fairly.
While a refund is still possible
While your first payment can still be refunded, you can read every issue and fix prompt in your reports. Copying and downloading fix prompts and the issue report unlock when the refund ends: after 7 days, or as soon as your first paid scan runs.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@getglitchmark.com from the address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, sends the money back to the card or account you paid with. How soon it shows up depends on your bank.
Once a refund goes through, your workspace moves to the Free plan straight away. Sites beyond the Free plan's limit are archived, not deleted, and come back when you upgrade.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. There are no refunds for the rest of a period.
Your rights
Your statutory rights in your country always apply.
